2-Way Slip-In Valves

2-Way Slip-In Valves

Valves from the series C10 are 2/2 way seated valves with cage, poppet, spacer ring, spring and cover with switch. The position is controlled by an inductive switch which monitors the valve seat in the closed position. The valve poppet is operated hydraulically. The operation of the inductive switch takes place mechanically due to the movement of the valve poppet. The valve poppet also has a cylindrical safety cover for the seat.

Accumulators

Piston Accumulators

Piston accumulators provide a means of regulating and optimising the performance of a hydraulic system. They are used in a wide range of mobile and industrial applications to reduce energy consumption, protect system components and prolong equipment life, reducing downtime and maintenance requirements.

Their simple, compact design ensures dependable performance with maximum efficiency and life service.

Gas Bottles

Where space or constructional limitations prevent the installation of an accumulator large enough to deliver the flow rate required, a smaller accumulator may be used for connecting it to an auxiliary gas bottle which can be located elsewhere. This arrangement enables very high flow rates to be achieved while allowing the greater part of the accumulator’s capacity to be given over to fluid.

Because of the large precharge ‘reservoir’ provided by one or more auxiliary gas bottles, gas pressure is relatively constant over the full discharge cycle of the accumulator.

Bladder Accumulators

Liquids are practically incompressible and therefore cannot be used directly for storing energy. Hydro-pneumatic accumulators use the differing compressibility of liquid and gaseous media to enable energy to be stored in liquids under pressure.

The absence of dynamic sealing surfaces, make bladder accumulators tolerant of contamination and particularly suitable for low-lubricity fluids. Specially formulated for low permeability, Parkers bladders retain their high performance under a wide range of operating conditions including closed loop operation. Optional bladder compounds are available to suit all common fluids and operating temperatures.

Berarma Vane Pumps

Berarma Vane Pumps

Berarma PVS variable displacement vane pumps come in four nominal sizes (05-1-2-3), each of which is available in three different displacements.

The PVS low pressure pumps (100 bar) (1450psi), are equipped with a MECHANICAL pressure regulating device.

Pump components comprise a body, a drive rotor, housing the vanes, a stator (mobile circular ring) for varying eccentricity and consequently displacement, and side distribution plates with AXIAL HYDROSTATIC COMPENSATION which delimit the inlet and outlet chambers. A guide block balancing adjustment screw (not to be tampered with by the user), a displacement adjustment piston, a maximum volume adjustment screw, a pressure regulating device, and a pressure regulator adjustment. Please see our PDF catalogues for further information.
THE NEW BERARMA 01 PHV. PRESSURE COMPENSATED VANE PUMP 250 bar wp. Rotec Hydraulics Ltd, have been Distributors for the Berarma range of Pressure Compensated Vane Pumps for over 20years . This has been one of our most popular brands we have sold over the years, with a proven track record for service and reliability. Rotec would like to introduce the latest innovative design of pumps from Berarma , which will not only be pressure compensated, but at an increased working pressure at 250bar. They come in two frame sizes, the ever popular ( 05 range to 16cc) and the size (1 frame to 32cc.) The 05 also has the Standard Euro FGR2 mount, and the size 1 ‘F’ mount can be arranged for tandems. The 01PHV pumps have the same facility to make the remote pressure control to LS control (see the main catalogue for the options). Check Valves

Check Valves

Shuttle Valves

The Shuttle valve series SSR is designed as a threaded cartridge valve. All parts are assembled in one unit and enable easy mounting.

Check Valves

The Check Valve series SPZBE are slip-in cartridge valves. The function unit is fixed inside the manifold by a plug with a hex slot.

Check Valve Hydraulically Pilot Operated

Valve without pre-relief. The valve element is a ball and guarantees a fast opening of the full flow section diameter A to B during the opening operation. The switching speed of the spool is damped. Valve with pre-relief. The valve element is a spherically grinded piston (ball seat) with integrated ball check valve that is opened already prior of the main piston during the opening operation and opens a throttling section diameter for a shock free relief of the consumer volume. It should be used primarily for high operating pressure levels and large consumer volumes. An additional throttling of the pilot fluid line increases the damping effect of the pre-relief.

Check Valve, Pilot Operated

Pilot operated check valves of the series CP allow free flow in one direction (A to B). The counter flow direction (B to A) is blocked. By applying the pilot pressure, the poppet can be lifted from its seat against the pressure in Port B. Thus flow in the counter direction is also possible. There are 1 and 2 stage poppet available with pilot ratios of 1 : 5 and 1 : 40, to suit different operating conditions.

Directional Control Valves

Directional Control Valves

3/2-way Seated Type Directional Control Valve

The directional valve type D1SE is equipped with a wet pin armature solenoid, drain free tapered poppet valve and compatible with the standards DIN NG06, CETOP 03 and NFPA D03. Due to the 3/2 way design, port A is either connected with P or discharged in the tank. The neutral position (solenoid not activated) is taken automatically by a return spring, this position remains until the solenoid has energised.

The valve poppet including activation lever and armature of the solenoid are located in the pressurised oil chamber of connection T. The valve poppet is designed such that there can be no differential area in its axial operational direction (opening, closing). Thus it is statically pressure-balanced so that the valve can be switched in both flow directions even under pressure.

The unit has an all-steel design, the important functional inner parts are hardened, the poppet and seat are grinded.

Spool Valves/Directional Valve (Electrically Operated)

The D1VW series is a 3 chamber, electrically controlled 4/3 or 4/2 way directional control valve. It is activated directly by solenoids with screwed in wet pin armature.

The coils can be exchanged for various input voltages, however, a change between alternating (AC and direct current (DC) is not possible.

Pilot Operated Directional Control Valves

The P, D9P and D11P are hydraulically controlled 4/3 or 4/2 way directional control valves. The valves are operated by the pilot ports X and Y via the sub-plate.

Pressure and flow of the pilot oil have a significant influence on the response time of the spool.

The minimum pilot pressure must be ensured for all operating conditions of the directional valve.
