Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul

Our skilled team includes hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and mechanical engineers who work together, either in-house or on-site, to assist customers, with the aim of avoiding costly, unscheduled, down time. Rotec Hydraulics’ workshops provide maintenance, refurbishment and overhauling of integrated hydraulic systems and sit alongside our service centres, featuring well stocked Parker Store trade counters for rapid supply of any spares identified whilst working to maintain, refurbish or overhaul a project. For larger systems or those not easy to transport, our qualified mobile team can visit your site to undertake the necessary tasks.

Maintenance

Our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service can provide early detection of faults and failures, improved component life and performance. Maintaining equipment regularly results in less downtime and lowers the risk of unforseen costly repairs.

Rotec house possibly the most comprehensive range of hydraulic test equipment within the South West, including a pump and valve test rig with an installed power facility of up to 100HP 75KW and oil analysis capabilities. In addition, our plant also includes a mobile diesel driven hydraulic flushing rig and a number of AC & DC rigs for external and internal operation.

We are a licensed accumulator recertification and test centre as part of our distribution agreement with the accumulator manufacturer Parker Hannfin, supporting service repairs to Parker, QHP and Hydac.

Repair

We specialise in repairing hydraulic pumps and motors from all leading brand manufacturers, as a certified Parker Hydraulic Technical centre, this includes genuine service support to Parker’s wide range of fixed and variable pumps and motors.

Our dedicated repair centre only uses genuine parts. As part of our operations we have an in-house hose assembly manufacturing facility, capable of manufacturing approved Parker hose assemblies up to 2”. Our inventory for hose and connector products is not only used to support our own operations, we supply from stock major OEMS with either hose products in kit form or loose parts.

Overhaul

We know there are many reasons why hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical equipment is required to be repaired either within periods of warranty, for certification or general wear and tear. The workshops at Rotec Hydraulics have the scope, skills and capabilities to keep equipment in operation.

Commissioning

The forces used within Hydraulic equipment requires many items to be checked and commissioned before being used within a work environment. Rotec Hydraulics has the equipment at our own workshops and in our mobile units, to commission all sorts of hydraulic equipment.
