In addition to the standard rubber covered hose the company offer hoses in a range of thermoplastic with additional protective sleeving and protection available for all the ranges offered. Rotec can also supply loose hydraulic hose and couplings to customers who manufacture their own hose assemblies and to complement this a wide range of manufacturing equipment to suit all requirements, from small batch work to medium/large and high volume.

We work along our key manufacturing partners, Parker Hannifin and IVG Spa to delivery the correctly specified hoses to the right standards. Standards most common:

With cost control and reduction being a key part of any manufacturing process, the supply of bespoke component kits can help meet these targets with wasted picking time being eradicated from the process with the kits being able to be collected from Rotec Service Centres and delivered direct to your production line.

Complimenting this product range of hose kitting solutions are thousands of hydraulic accessories including hydraulic adaptors, quick release couplings, hydraulic steel tube, hydraulic compression fittings and pipe clamps, all of which are instantly available to ensure hydraulic breakdowns are dealt with as efficiently as possible and thus keeping the costs and disruption to a minimum.

We have considerable experience in compiling kits for OEMs of parts for delivery to production lines which have been the result of in depth investigation and liaison with our client’s to ensure the accuracy of the kits supplied.
