Recently we analysed our Customer Feedback Survey results received during the last 12 months. Customers were asked for their own evaluation of Rotec’s quality, pricing, lead & delivery times, technical support and professionalism.

We are pleased to announce that 97% of customers were either ‘very’ or ‘extremely’ happy with our products and services and would recommend us. Customer comments included;

 Over 96% of customers rated our technical knowledge and support as very good or exceptional and 90% described our lead and delivery times as above average. A further 96% of customers described our pricing as fair, compared with similar suppliers.
