A-Lok and Instrumentation

The A-Lok twin ferrule fitting consists of four precision engineered parts designed to provide secure leak proof joints capable of satisfying high pressure, vacuum and vibration applications.

Fittings are supplied complete and ready for use. The front ferrule swages onto the tube as it moves down the cone of the body creating a pressure/vacuum-tight seal on both tube and body by the interface pressure and surface finish of mating components. The Suparcase back ferrule then deforms inwards in the cone of the front ferrule, forming into the tube and creating a strong mechanical hold on the tube.

The internal diameter of the body and nut are closely controlled diameters which constrain the tube within a close tolerance of its axis ensuring accurate alignment within the assembled fitting.

EO Valves

EO shut-off and high pressure valves

2-way ball valves

• Material: steel or stainless steel

EO-2 Tube Fittings

The EO-2 version of the EO standard range is a fitting system with soft seals at all joints. The most important feature is the use of the EO-2 functional nutinstead of the progressive ring.

Product range includes Series LL (from 4 to 8mm),Series L (from 6 to 42mm) and Series S (from 6 to 38mm) tube o.d.

EO-2 stainless steel fittings

The complete soft sealed EO-2 stainless steel fittings are mainly used in such branches of industry where safety, corrosion resistance and ease of assembly are prime requirements.

Hydraulic Hose

Parker Push-Lok Hose

Can be used for all low pressure applications e.g. robot’s in the automotive industry, packaging machines, pneumatic tooling etc.

• Easy assembling without clamps.
• For the automotive industry also available in “free of any wetting disturbance solvents” (labs fee).
• Construction: synthetic rubber tube and cover 1 layer of textile, variety of colours for the outer cover.

Polyflex/Parflex High Pressure Thermoplastic

Polyflex Thermoplastic Ultra High Pressure Hoses

• Applications include; hydraulic tools, tension elements, test rigs, metal forming and off-shore.
• Crimped couplings of special steel with maximum operating safety.
• Assembly and testing with Polyflex workshop equipment.
• Construction: thermoplastics reinforced with 2-8 spiral layers steel wire.
• Sizes: -2 to -16.
• Working pressure: up to 400MPa at size -3 and 90MPa at size 16.

Parkrimp Compact No-Skive

The hose design for the future. Whenever you ask for small bend radius together with high pressure ratings and special requests concerning temperature and chemical resistance you need a ‘specialist’ out of the compact hose and fitting range.

• Temperature range: -50°C → +149°C

Parker High pressure No-Skive

The protective cover of these hoses does not need to be removed before assembly.

• Available with high or low temperature lining.
• Phosphate ester resistant lining.

• Vulcanised twin-line configuration.

Parkrimp Multispiral No-Skive

The complete range of Multispiral is available from; 4SP/4SH, SAE R12, R13 and R15, without the need to skive either the cover or inner lining. The Parkrimp System guarantees a total grip connection between the shell and the reinforcement.
