Rotec Hydraulics sign two year deal with Somerset County Cricket Club

Rotec will be a new name on the front of Somerset’s Royal London One-Day Cup shirt this year, after Rotec signed a new two year contract with Somerset County Cricket Club.

This new deal  builds on an existing partnership between the two organisations which has seen Rotec sponsor the covers at the Coopers Associates County Ground for the last two years.

Following the signing of this new agreement, Head of Commercial Operations as Somerset County Cricket Club Jez Curwin said ” we have been working with Rotec for two years already and they have been a pleasure to do business with. I am  delighted that this agreement will see them having a greater presence at the club”

Paul Prouse, Rotec’s Managing Director said:

” Rotec are a locally based supplier of hydraulic hoses, systems and components to significant customer base countrywide, including Western Power, Princess Yachts and the Ministry of Defence. Having had some advertising involvement with Somerset County Cricket Club for sometime ,including the supply of the covers, we are pleased to be able to sponsor the Royal London One-Day Cup shirts for the coming two seasons. The Directors and staff are avid Somerset County Cricket Club supporters, who together with  club members and other supporters are looking forwards to what should be an exciting few months of cricket”

Children in Need – Friday 13th November

Rotec raised £148.00 for Children In Need  by the means of  selling cakes. We would like to thank Taunton Aerospace, Plumbase and Bifold Marshalsea for helping us to raise the money. Rotec donated the remaining cakes to a local Nursing home.

Breast Cancer Awareness Day

Wear Pink Day- Friday 23rd October

Staff at Rotec’s office in Taunton wore Pink to work to raise funds for Breast Cancer. Staff wore various pink items to work and raised £160.00.
