Auxiliary Valves Product Description
Auxiliary Valves
The PRS6 is a three-way valves pressure reducing valve that has been developed to give reduced pressure in a particular part of the hydraulic system. The valve maintains the secondary pressure setting constantly, regardless of pressure variations on the primary side. A common application is in pilot circuits in hydraulic and electro-hydraulic servo systems, where the pressure is taken from the main system, and reduced by the PRS6 to a level that is suitable for the pilot circuit.
Line Mounted Valves
Series MV needle valve, optionally with a 30° taper, V notch or rectangular slot. The form of the metering opening influences the fineness of the volume-flow adjustment, which is of course pressure and viscosity dependent.
The needle is made of stainless steel and fits into a ring gap in the valve body. The valve body is optionally made of steel or brass and has been designed to be built into a pipe or front panel.
Stackable 6/2 Port Circuit Selector Valves
Parker's stackable selector valve is operated by a continuously rated wet pin solenoid. The valve is capable of switching from one circuit to another at a variety of flows and pressures.
The valve may be connected to the service ports of the control valve and used to direct service line flow to and from either of two separate actuators. If more than two circuits are to be controlled, then additional units can be stacked together, minimising the need for pipes and fittings. Alternatively, the valve can be connected to a pump and used to direct the flow to either one or two different circuits.
