In persuite of training for our staff we have signed up to the Skills Pledge which is part of the Train to Gain initiative. Besides the 7 engineers taking hydraulics courses at the National Fluid Power Centre the two accounts personnel taking ATC qualifications, and two senior staff on a Strategic Management course , it is our wish to ensure that other people are given the opportunity to build on their skills through NVQ levels 2, 3 & 4
